What Should Your Client Know About You?

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I’m here to help you navigate life’s ups and downs in a way that feels authentic to you. I believe that you are the expert in your own life. No matter what you’re facing, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we’ll work toward the life you want to create, moving at a pace that feels comfortable, so you can rediscover a sense of joy, clarity, and strength.

What is your approach to therapy?

I use a variety of therapeutic tools, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness, to meet you where you’re at. Whether you are seeking relief from overwhelming emotions or simply striving for a more balanced life, I am committed to guiding you on your journey to emotional wellness and mental clarity. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here and would appreciate the opportunity to work with you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I understand how difficult it can be to confront overwhelming emotions and deep emotional pain. My approach is collaborative, meaning we work together to figure out what’s going to help you feel more grounded, connected, and in control. My role is to support you as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, empowering you to define your own goals and path forward. It’s an honor to be part of your journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you find clarity, healing, and strength.
