What Should Your Client Know About You?

I believe every person has value and worth simply because they breathe. We cannot always choose what happens or how things impact us in our lives. Reaching out for help is a strength that I admire and hope to further foster. I work with clients processing grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and challenges in parenting, and I have experience supporting children and families with special needs or learning differences.

What is your approach to therapy?

My approach to therapy is solution-focused and client-centered. I utilize mindfulness techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I believe lasting change happens when clients feel safe enough to explore their experiences while also developing practical tools they can use in everyday life. Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard and supported. My hope is that therapy provides not only relief from current challenges but also a deeper understanding of yourself, healthier relationships, increased confidence, and tools for navigating future obstacles.
