What Should Your Client Know About You?
I am a Psychodynamic therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, offering a deep, insight-oriented approach to healing. With 18 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals uncover the underlying patterns and unconscious processes that shape their current lives. My therapy style is both empathetic and analytical, tailored to your unique history. Together, we will explore the “why” behind your experiences, fostering profound self-awareness and lasting emotional growth in a secure, supportive space.
What is your approach to therapy?
My approach is deep and insight-oriented, primarily utilizing Psychodynamic therapy to explore the “why” behind your experiences. I offer a trauma-informed environment that integrates a variety of modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Humanistic therapy. By connecting the dots between your past and your present, I provide a stable, analytical, and empathetic space where we can address the root causes of distress rather than just the symptoms.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Clients can expect a meaningful journey toward clarity and long-term resolution. You will walk away with more than just coping skills; you’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, improved relational patterns, and the internal tools necessary to navigate life’s complexities with renewed confidence and authenticity. My goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling empowered by self-awareness and equipped to handle life’s transitions with a sense of genuine self.
