What Should Your Client Know About You?

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself while working toward meaningful change. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, and I strive to make the process collaborative, comfortable, and empowering.

What is your approach to therapy?

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, strengths-based, and tailored to your individual needs. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools you can use in your daily life.

I believe each person already has strengths within them and deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. My role is to help you recognize those strengths, develop effective coping skills, and gain the confidence to face life’s challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients often leave sessions with a greater understanding of themselves, practical strategies they can begin using right away, and a renewed sense of hope. My goal is for you to feel supported while also feeling challenged to grow in ways that align with your values and goals.

Together, we’ll work toward improving emotional well-being, strengthening relationships, increasing resilience, and developing healthy coping skills that continue to benefit you long after therapy ends.
