Content on the Site, including blog posts and resource pages, is offered for general information and education. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, does not create a therapist-client relationship, and should not be relied on for diagnosis or treatment. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
Submitting a consultation request through the Site does not make you a client of Blu Alliance. A therapeutic relationship begins only after you complete intake paperwork and are accepted for care by one of our clinicians. Client care is governed by the agreements and Notice of Privacy Practices you receive at intake, not by these terms.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use the Site to harass or harm any person.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Blu Alliance name and tagline, belong to Blu Alliance or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
The Site links to third-party services, including our client portal and social media pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Blu Alliance develops and operates software tools for its own internal business operations, including the Payroll Bridge, an application that connects our practice management and accounting systems. These tools are used solely by authorized staff and contractors, are not offered to the public, and are not available for download or licensing. Use of these tools is governed by the company’s internal policies and the agreements that staff and contractors sign. Data handled by these tools is protected as described in the Internal applications section of the Blu Alliance Privacy Policy and under applicable law.
The Site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blu Alliance is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
