What Should Your Client Know About You?
Hello, I’m Jennifer Ramos, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am deeply committed to supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. I bring several years of experience working with individuals across various life stages from adolescence through adulthood. My work focuses on helping families and individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including those who are at risk or experiencing significant emotional or behavioral difficulties.
What is your approach to therapy?
With specialized training in play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused CBT, I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet each child, adolescent, adult, or family where they are emotionally, developmentally, and individually. Whether someone is coping with stress, trauma, low self-esteem, or ambiguous feelings that are difficult to articulate, I provide a safe, nurturing, and collaborative space to explore emotions, build resilience, and begin the healing process.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Clients can expect a collaborative therapeutic experience. I work closely with individuals, parents, and caregivers to provide insight, guidance, and support that fosters emotional growth and overall well-being. Therapy is not just about addressing problems, it’s about building confidence, developing coping tools, and empowering clients to thrive in their daily lives.
