What Should Your Client Know About You?

I have over a decade of experience in the mental health field, including substance abuse treatment, residential care, Wraparound services, and community mental health. I bring more than six years of direct therapeutic experience working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, in person and through telehealth, so you can meet in whatever way fits your life.

What is your approach to therapy?

I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Seeking Safety, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), which guide my evidence-based approach to care. My practice is grounded in compassion and strengths-based principles, and I firmly believe in client voice and choice. I believe that meeting clients where they are supports the therapeutic process and helps guide clients toward achieving their goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

You can expect a space where your voice leads the work. Together we will look at what is getting in the way day to day, whether that shows up at work, at home, or in your relationships, and build practical skills and a clearer sense of direction around it. My hope is that you leave with tools you can actually use and with more confidence in your own choices.
