Hello, I’m Mir Ali. I believe that each of us has the capacity to heal, grow, and create a more meaningful life, and that meaningful change often begins through connection. Over the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions.
