What Should Your Client Know About You?
I became a therapist to support individuals in better understanding what they are going through and why certain issues may be present in their lives. My personal mental health journey was deeply impacted by the guidance of exceptional professionals, and since that time, I have been dedicated to offering others the same level of compassion, insight, and support that helped me.
What is your approach to therapy?
I take a humanistic and holistic approach to therapy, focusing not on diagnosis or symptoms alone, but on the whole person, mind, body, and emotions. I work collaboratively with clients to establish goals that are meaningful to them and integrate modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Collaborative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also hold certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My therapeutic practice centers on those experiencing emotional pain, chronic illness, trauma, and neurodivergent adults (including ADHD and Autism). Together, we will explore your life story, seek understanding, and work toward healing and peace.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Human connection is at the heart of my work. I aim to truly see each person as they want to be seen, honoring the uniqueness of every story. My role is not to change who you are, but to listen deeply and support you in making the changes you seek, on your terms, at your pace. Clients can expect a collaborative, compassionate, and individualized experience where their voice and values guide the work.
