What Should Your Client Know About You?

I am a first-generation Latina offering empathic and compassionate care in a warm, non-judgmental space. I provide culturally sensitive therapy to individuals from BIPOC and diverse backgrounds. With over six years of experience in therapy, and more than two years leading a crisis team serving at-risk youth and their families, I take a collaborative approach to ensure you feel seen, heard, and empowered. I have worked with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem and identity issues, cultural dissonance, family and parent-child conflict, behavioral challenges, suicidality, and trauma. As a wounded healer, my gentle approach helps guide you toward finding your inner strength through reflection, emotional processing, and growth.

What is your approach to therapy?

I utilize a collaborative approach to support clients in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and developing the coping skills necessary to navigate life’s challenges. I meet you where you are on your healing journey, respecting your unique perspective and experiences. I prioritize tailoring my therapeutic tools and evidence-based modalities to meet your personalized needs, bringing an eclectic approach through an emotionally focused therapeutic lens.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

You can expect encouragement and unconditional support in our sessions. My therapeutic approach is gentle, but I also value transparency and accountability, ensuring that you are fully engaged in the healing process. I strive to foster learning, strength, and empowerment, helping you manage stressors and navigate unresolved emotions. Life’s challenges can be overwhelming, but together we can cultivate resilience and find a sense of balance that promotes mental well-being.
