What Should Your Client Know About You?
As a compassionate and intuitive Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I deeply value creating a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and validated. I understand that life’s challenges can be complex and overwhelming, and I meet each client with empathy and understanding, honoring their unique experiences. With extensive experience working with foster youth and individuals facing life transitions, grief, depression, and anxiety, I am dedicated to providing tailored support that meets your unique needs.
What is your approach to therapy?
My approach is integrative and client-centered, blending evidence-based practices with a holistic and trauma-informed lens. I incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help clients navigate their thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences of stress or trauma. I believe that clients are the experts in their lives, and I am here to walk alongside them, providing tools and insights to empower their growth. My goal is to support clients through life’s challenges, helping them alleviate distress and discover meaningful connections to healing, joy, compassion, and overall well-being.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Clients can expect to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, identify and reframe limiting thought patterns, and gain practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, and life’s transitions. They will also experience a supportive space to explore their emotions, relationships, and aspirations without judgment. My goal is to equip clients with the resources to navigate life with greater confidence and resilience.
